Palace Hotel Mortlake Sydney

we had a pleasant experience at palace hotel mortlake. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. we appreciated the good meals and generous portion sizes at the cafe downstairs. although the shared bathroom wasn’t the most inviting, the staff promptly changed our bedsheets when requested, which was greatly appreciated.

Appreciated my nice stay out of the first night of our stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and modern, it had climate control, a kitchen area, and a kettle. The staff were very friendly and pleasant too. This was a favourable location very close to Sydney Olympic Park as well as Australia. Easily reached Otto Pezzi, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there👌👌

The hotel has comfortable and unbeatable location close enough to Qudos Bank Arena, the ferry to the city and attractions and shops.

The bed was a bit hard.

Pros This place was super cozy with the comfiest beds ever! the shared bathroom had ample towels and toiletries, and the staff were SO HELPFUL when I needed fresh sheets. Free parking was a game-changer, and the cafe downstairs served up tasty meals. the location was spot-on for us, and the friendly atmosphere made it feel like home away from home. Can't wait to come back! .

The room was large, very clean, and had tea & coffee making facilities. I felt like I was staying in a cozy countryside cottage with a touch of urban charm. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

Loved our rooms with a view. the extra touches like multi-channel television and coffee/tea making equipment were a treat. - the staff were excellent and the best. - the location was lovely and perfect, so close to Sydney.

Rooms can be very noisy. Carpets need cleaning.
